My phone has a setting to go volume off 10PM to 7AM. How do I change this?

Also check if bedtime mode on , there should be a quick toggle in notification panel in latest update

Thanks everyone for trying to help with my sister's phone. I have sent all suggestions on to her, she is talking to Samsung support also, If I find out what was causing it, I will post what it was.
