Hi, this is not a direct answer but please try this link;
Reset, Locate Or Lock a Galaxy Phone From Google Account | Tutorials
If you still have access to the google account your phone is linked then you do the steps mentioned in the tutorial. You can actually set a new password through your play store web account.
