My phone keeps touches randomly

Can someone please help me... my phone is going out of control only when the data connection is turned on. It's totally fine when I'm using Wi-Fi.also this is all after I replaced my phone's sceen
One more thing.when I activate data connection with 2G it happens.it touches multiply in bottom of the phone.but with 3G it works fine.and with WiFi also.I am asking if it could be some sort of virus or malfunction thing

Presumably you inadvertently damaged or short-circuited something when you were working inside the phone.

Modern touch screens work based on the electrical impulses in our skin. As such, they can be negatively affected from any sort of stray electrical charges. For example, I once had it happen to me due to a faulty USB cable. I'm guessing you accidentally knocked something loose related to the mobile data radios/antenna, or some electrical shielding isn't in place.

I don’t know, but, as @Mooncatt speculates, I imagine it may be related to the mobile data aerial.
