My phone plays sound on only one side when using a headphone

Works on one side for both the bluetooth headphones and the wired headphones , so i guess its not a problem with the headphone jack right ? My phone is galaxy s7 edge . Already tried going to mono settings its set in the middle between left and right . Please help what should i do? Dont have a warranty . It used to work phine i was listinning to music with the bluetooth headset and then switched to wired one while the song was playing and after that the problem occured



Safe mode didn't work too

Tried resetting settings . Now bluetooth works fine

Run the phone in safe mode. If it works properly, then you have an app messing with it.

Nope . Didn't work in safe mode too

Go to Accessibility > Hearing and make sure mono audio is not enabled.

you tried multiple phones right?
you restarted the phone?
did you do a factory reset?
