My phone went to o after I had it on a charger speed, and now it flashes a red button. How can I fix this?

I try to push the on button once the red button shuts of it comes on google but it shuts of again and the red button comes on

The first 2 hours the battery isn't charging, it's pre-charging. If you keep giving it a small pre-charge, then trying to turn it on, you'll discharge it so far that it'll never charge again.

Plug the charger in and leave it alone for 24 hours. From then on, don't let it drop below 40%.
