AC Question

My phone was working fine and I was taking pictures this morning and they were fine. I picked up my phone a bit later (I could have hit something on the phone) to take a picture of my husband and granddaughter, and all the pictures were upside down. I have gone through my setting and all are correct.

If anyone can give me any advice on how to correct this. I know I can go through each picture and rotate it until it is right side up, but I should not have to do this.

1st: This has something to do with the origination of the camera. More over how the device was being held at the time the image was taken.
2nd: The devices origination can be adjusted within the settings or even locked in some cases as with some alternate camera apps and not so much the stock or factory app.

I would explore the devices camera settings once more as to locate the camera origination setting. Most important, if the image has been rotated in a direction not physically aligned to the origination of the device.. Follow these steps to originate the image on the view screen.

Tap/hold the desired image
Twist the image in the desired direction.

I too noticed this problem this morning. It is NOT Orientation, or a Setting. I think it is a bug in the latest updates, but, I fixed mine by restaring the device.
