Verizon updated me last night, a few changes, the notifications on the lock screen seem a little more informative and in a new spot (lower left corner). The phone got really hot when updating, drained a lot of power. I had mine on a charging cable when I updated and even after trying to get some power back it was hot. seemed to have settled down this morning. Stay tuned
Also it appears that none of those games that usually show up during an update were added. Yay for small favors
