My S10 has been flashed with an unauthorized software and is locked

It’s an Samsung S7 active 32gb provided by AT&T
I’m not sure what android version I’m on because I’m unable to go to setting on my S7 but the updates were all up to date as of 3 days ago.

I do not know how to flash or how to use Odin I did see videos on people doing so. Do you think I’ll be able to get my photos back if I do flash and use Odin?

Yes if you use home csc like I mentioned in post #32 which is a guideline, you can download the frija tool but Att firmware might not be available do you would have to use TMB as region

OK im going to try that. Are you sure i do not need a new battery because that had similar problems like this and when they replaced the battery everything was fine

If its original battery u should replace it but that message not for battery

Same site to download frija and remember home csc so won't erase data

Fija is to download to your computer to extract the firmware
