My s6 edge is stuck in a form of negative colors

Woke up today, and my phone looked like it was in negative color mode. with blue and white. but when i go to negative colors changing it just makes everything red. so i know it isnt negative color mode turned on
Idk if this is like a lighting glitch, or a screen problem. but its making it almost impossible to see anything on my phone

Pressing *#0*# on your dial pad will get you into service mode and you can twiddle your colours in there, but it sounds like you may have lost a colour there. Try a reboot, and those codes first Stephen and if they don't work, come back and we'll troubleshoot further....

I believe there is an option in the accessibility menu that inverts colors. U can take a look and see if u accidentally turned it on.
