my s6 edge stuck at download mode and cannot connect to the computer

im planning to flash my s6 edge but fail and not stuck at download mode and i cant connect to computer and also cant go to recovery mode . what should i do

You can force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power and Vol Down for about 15 seconds. Then try booting into Recovery Mode this way: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-21095
