My S7 DIGITS number recently stopped ringing

DIGITS is a T-Mobile app that allows a second line on a phone. I've been successfully using it for years. but recently, all calls arriving to my DIGITS line do not ring. I set the phone to vibrate on all inbound calls so it's "usable", but I have no idea why the ring stopped. I checked the Digits settings and it's set to ring.

Have you asked T-Mobile support about this? If it's a known issue, maybe they can suggest a fix.

Also, does the Digits app have its own ringtone/notification tone that you can try to modify?

I checked it and it's set to ring.

Right, but can you try changing the ringtone or notification tone? If you can, does it play you a sample of the tone when you select a new one?
