My S7 edge keeps muting itself !!!

I bought a new s7 edge (exynos chip) to replace my note 4.
It keeps muting itself although I have the"Easy mute" toggled off under the Advanced feautres.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Do you have Do Not Disturbed set up to come on at a specific time (a schedule)? Long press the Do Not Disturb button in your quick settings shade and check to see if you have "turn on as scheduled" set up.

Welcome to Android Central! As French asked back in October, is it Do Not Disturb, or is the volume slider actually going down to silent? You can tell if it's Do Not Disturb because there will be a solid white circle with a horizontal line through it in the status bar. There's a bug in Nougat (and maybe Marshmallow) when connected to Bluetooth, where Do Not Disturb turns on during a call (which is normal), but then remains on after the call is finished. I see it sometimes related to my Huawei Watch.
