My S7 edge was heating up and hanging. Did the motherboard was deffedtive?

The service centre replaced the motherboard without informing me. My question is will my samsung S7 edge work the same way? will it get other related problems?

Sometimes, motherboards are indeed replaced in order to fix a problem. So if the diagnosis was correct, your problem should be fixed as permanently as anything can be fixed. Do you have reason to believe that the replacement was unnecessary or improperly done?
