My Samsung 3 keeps popping this message sd card has been removed but the sd card is actually there

It is terribly annoying the sd card is in place and I am getting this message all the time

Have you tried simply restarting the phone? Also, your phones connectors might be used, if you frequently remove your SD or your phone experienced some form of damage (Fall, water, dust, etc.)
