My Samsung A7 2018 is blocked on battery charge screen

my Samsung galaxy a7 2018 is blocked on the battery charge screen and in recovery mode I have this message:

#report recovery cause is [unknown]
Single-sku support
File-Based OTA
Supported API: 3

So when you say block on battery charge screen , you mean the phone doesn't start up ?
Can you factory reset in recovery? Otherwise you have to flash through odin .

Good evening, I created an account. Thanks for the link. Yes the smartphone doesn't start as soon as I turn it on it shows the battery screen then nothing. I can go into recovery mode, but I can't do factory reset. I've already flashed several times with odin but nothing changes each time the same screen. When I flash and the smartphone reboot, I have a blue page with a robot that says erasing. Then nothing again

Hi, you tried reflash and didn't do anything, I would get a estimate from repair center and if its over 100.00 might want look into another phone.
