My Samsung Galaxy Mini 3's Wifi continuously says 'Turning On'. Tried everything I could think of!

This is what it looks like on my Wifi settings. Its impossible to even stop it from trying to turn on! I've tried deleting the cache in reboot mode, factory restore and also dialling *#0011#. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Welcome to Android Central.



Try Safe Mode. That will test whether a third-party app is causing trouble. If so, you'll have to identify and uninstall it.



Also, I don't know whether it could do so, but an SD card, if you're using one, may be giving trouble if bad.
