My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ is stuck in "No Command" (please help!!!)

The phone only turns on when it is plugged in. I have tried many button combinations but none of the methods seem to work. It just keeps restarting and going back into a loop.

My nexus 6p does the same thing. Try the recovery mode. Hold down the power and volume buttons until the bootloader settings ( or whatever it's called comes us). Once there hold down and then after a few seconds press the volume up bottom. A new page will show up and give u options. Use the volume buttons and delete the cache. Then select to activate the discovery mode. This MAY work.
