Question White strip under digital clock

Hello everyone,
It's a while that I see this white strip under the digital clock each time I close the Smart View cover. Rebooting will make it disappear just for a 2 or 3 days days! Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried changing the cover options maybe picking a different background or option
