My samsung j7+ sounds are coming to the call speaker than main speaker

Idk when I'm playing a game the sounds was too long and I adjust it the volume was focusing on "in call volume" and I noticed, the sound was xoming to call speaker than main speaker. What cause of that? Also is my phone gone? It is 7 years this december.

Nvm I restarted and it fixed. Btw I want to hear whats happen to my phone? It's my phone really dying soon?

Seven years is a very long lifespan for a phone. I'd recommend you do a PC Smart Switch backup so you don't lose any data whilst looking for a new phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00048603/

You don’t need a reason, no, though there must be one. What it is, who can say? Some hardware or software glitch perhaps, but that gets you nowhere, since there are so many possible ones.

If it keeps happening, try Safe Mode.
