My tablet is 2nd generation Nexus 7 ,it has been stuck on the Google screen for days? How do I fix it?

My computer recognizes it but not as a nexus 7 device. It has said no driver's found when installing? Is there anything i can do to save my memory?

Uninstall the drivers (control panel/programs and features), make sure the nexus isn't plugged into the computer, download the driver again and install it. Then plug the nexus in and wait to see if you get any "installing drivers" popup. If you do, wait for it to finish before doing anything else. Reboot the computer with the Nexus unplugged. Then plug it in and see if it works.

You can always save anything by wifi WiFi File Transfer and your contacts should be at Google Contacts (see Backing up an Android Phone for saving everything).
