Bluetooth not turning off, screen brightness goes to the max every time I turn off then turn on my tab, not functioning right I wanna Hard RESET MY TAB PLEASEEE.
my tablet is messing up and it won't reset to factory reset, the factory reset bottom is dimmed and can't press it, and when I try turning it off and hard reset it, it says not able to preform a factory reset, why is that happening to me?
