I have a medium sized dog about 8 years old (corgi-collie mix). You'd think he'd be used to cell phone sounds by now, but no. If my TBolt rings from a phone call, he's fine. If I get a text or email and I have the ringer on, the notification sound goes off and my dog gets up and goes outside in a corner.
This is the same dog that wants to kill every UPS guy and mailman that comes to our door.
It seems the shorter the sound the more it freaks him out. I just downloaded Zedge app from the market which has thousands of free ringtones and notifications and alarms. Its awesome. I don't even really know how to ask this question but, assuming I'm alone in this predicament, does anyone have any suggestions for NOTIFICATION sounds that are audible, longer than a short little tone, yet soft enough to not scare my bad-ass fearless guard dog?
