My Trip to Best Buy

I believe the OP was/is a 5a owner? How does the P6 compare to the 5a in size and feel in hand. They're basically the same screen size.

They are almost identical in size - can't compare feel in hand since the 6 had the security button on the back

It's is bigger and taller than 4 xl. I'm more worried about the width of the phone. I get uncomfortable if it's wider than 4 XL.

They're not that different in size! Unless you mean to get the 6pro then yes that will be bigger.

I'm worried now. That pro looks massive and I don't like big phones. I do want that camera though!!

For me personally, I could deal with the pro in the hand (tried at best buy), but it's too big for my pockets--for my taste, at least. I know there isn't a huge difference between the two, but the 6 is pretty much the max I'd consider. Sucks though, because like you, I'd love to have that telephoto lens.

I took a little trip to Best Buy as well. It's more slippery than the 5, the Pro that is. Couldn't really get a good feel for the weight though because of that security sucker. Now it's going to be an even harder wait lol.

A user in the preorder thread said the 6 pro is the same as the 4xl. Hoping that's correct or pretty close. Smaller bezels, empty space, etc could explain the difference is screen size vs phone size. I know I've found this to be true with other phones. Personally, I would have preferred the 6, had all the other specs/features been the same. I'm used to the size of my 4xl, but would be ok with a small phone.

Phones are so close to each other in size. They don't feel heavy at all and that's with the security thing attached...

I don't have the patience for taking good pics - I point shoot and get what I get.

I have to say I'm quite impressed how you didn't make the alarm sound off when picking up the devices. Every time I go to best buy and try to look at a device the security alarm goes off and everyone stares.

Haha that's a fact... I'm usually good for having them reset it a few times...
