My Verizon App

Are you running the most current software version from Verizon? If so, there should be no reason to install it. If you installed it, there might conflicts with the 2 versions.

I am running version 10.0.4 of the My Verizon app. I downloaded it from the Market. No idea if that is the latest version.

I meant operating system, like have you downloaded the latest update that was pushed out about a month ago?

I'm rooted and running a debloated version of the latest OS. I guess the debloating removed the client. Interestingly enough Data Usage widget does connect and is reporting current usage.
