My volume keeps going down on its own on my LG K10

[AC Question]

I just got some new headphones for my LG K10. After about 3-4 weeks the volume went down on its own. This has been happening for about two days now. I downloaded some volume lockers and they worked, but I can't get rid of the volume icon that appears on the top of my screen. If you have an LG K10 and had the same problem but fixed it, please let me know how. Thank you.

The Volume Down button might be stuck. If it's still under warranty, contact LG.
