my X96 mini tv box is frozen on the baobab logo and wont restart. what do i do

as soon as we plugged the TV box in, it's been on this baobab logo white screen

Is it brand new, or have you had it for a while?

These Chinese Android TV boxes should not be expected to be reliable. Glitches or total failures will be common. Does it have a reset button anywhere?
