n7 2013 Wont Update

I have a new N7 2013. When installing the first OTA update all seems to go well, then I get a message onscreen that says error along with a dead Android guy. Tablet is not rooted or unlocked. Should I be concerned? I have tried a factory reset but no different. Tablet reports it is running build JWR66N.
Reboots OK after a hard reset.

Contact Google. This could well be an issue with your device and they should replace it.

First, what build number is the latest for this device, and secondly, is there anything I can do myself? The tech industry does not exactly have the greatest rep when it comes to after sales service.

My build number is JSS15Q and I have no issues.

you could try a factory image restore like explained here http://forums.androidcentral.com/ge...er-factory-restore-root-any-nexus-device.html

and start from scratch. follow step 0,1,2 and 5
