Nandroid Question

When making a Nandroid backup with Amon Ra, what selections should I check off?

Boot?
System?
Data?
Cache?
Recovery?
sd-ext? (is this the internal sd card?)
.android..secure? (what is this?)

My natural inclination is to select all of them, but I didn't know if that is necessary. Thanks

The only thing you HAVE to backup are the ones selected when you go into backup.
