Need app to sync calendar

Hello, I am new to android, just a few months and am not a total computer idiot nor a totally computer literate. I work for a small cleaning company and up until a few weeks ago we were using Google calendar synced to the owners phone for scheduling. I read that as of today google will not be supporting any new phones, and he has a new phone, Samsung. What we need is an app that will sync to Outlook calendar, or any calendar that we can load on both the desktop in the office and on his phone. I also need something that is fairly easy to install. Do not know if this exists, thanx in advance.

Check out Sync Android/Droid with Outlook/Exchange it will give the highly used methods for sync

google will not support any new windows phone. exchange will work with Android with no issues.
