I am disabled from the neck down and rely completely on voice commands. My last phone, a Samsung s6, included an option to automatically answer calls. Now I have a new Google Pixel and this option does not seem to be available. No third-party apps seem to work. So at the moment I have no way of answering calls and am left watching the screen until I lose the call to voicemail. It is a basic requirement that I can answer calls, ideally to my Bluetooth, without the use of hands. Can anyone help?

Most phones have a voice command assistant app these days...
I've never used a pixel, so hopefully some user will pop in here and help you out Steve

Several Plantronics headsets, and I'm sure others also, has the ability to answer or ignore a call Simply by saying answer or ignore

The incoming number is announced, and then you are prompted to say answer or ignore.

I have tried those in the past and unfortunately they are very temperamental. They only work well when there is no background noise which realistically doesn't happen! Thanks for the reply.

I use a Jabra FREEWAY Bluetooth speaker set up in my vehicle. It announces caller and asks if you want to receive or ignore. Pretty reliable for the past year or so. Of course you will have no privacy for your calls. But it is totally hands free, from pairing to calls

I know this is really late, but I too have been looking for a solution. I put a tutorial over at xda on a method that works using Tasker. Hope this helps.
