Need help! Downgrading

I have the ota dinc.zip file installed i tried a few different ways to downgrade now of which worked please if anybody could help me i just want stock until the froyo comes out. I need step by step help every little thing because i'm new at this.

i read this the other day Howto: Root the HTC Droid Incredible - Technology - Jonamerica.com scroll down to"Completely undo root and return to stock". hope this helps

yeah but I'm not rooted I just updated couldn't root. Just wanted to go back to stock, but thanks

if i wipe my device will it remove the update?

I think it just removes the settings and data. I don't think wipe will reset you back to factory.

Do you have a backup from the pre-radio leak?

Read the "rooted" section. I think...I'm not sure...that you can follow directions 1 through 4 and have a completely stock Incredible when you're done.
