Need help getting CWM Recovery :(

I don't remember Odin ever saying "Passed" so I'm not sure if the process is even running. If I had to start over how would I do so (say if nothing changes after 10 minutes)?

Did you change your USB setting to debug mode before you started? what is your screen saying right now? if odin doesn't say passed than, you might have to restart everything.

Yes, debugging is enabled. My screen has a yellow triangle with "Downloading..." and under that "Do not turn of Target!!!". But that's what it looked like before I tried to flash CWM via Odin so I don't think anything's happening. I think my problem is I used Rom Manager to attempt to flash CWM as that's how I did it on my Droid.

Make sure the box to restart is checked in Odin. When its done your phone will reboot. That's when you can disconnect the USB. Do you see a file named update.zip in your SD card after it? This is where CW lives. If you have that you can boot into the phones recovery mode (turn it on by holding down volume up + down + power) then choose run update.zip.

The Rest Time is set for 300 Sec but after 300 sec it doesn't reset. Again, whenever I click "PDA" and Select CWMRecovery.tar it says "Invalid Image Type" and "IMAGE PATH" followed by some Chinese characters. When I click start it says "Check image files". While the message did change from "detected" to "Download Start..." it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

There is an update.zip on my SD but I think that's the ROM Manager JT Rom I tried to flash after flashing CWM via Rom Manager. When I try to flash JT's Rom via Rom Manager I can boot into recovery but it says:

"E:failed to verify whole-life signature
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted."

Which I know is a semi common problem. Should I delete that update.zip and try again? Do you know how I could completely unflash CWM and start over? Or do you have any other tips?

-> Did you succeed flashing it? what happened after you tried to flash?

"E:failed to verify whole-life signature
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted."
-> This usually happens when odin didn't flash (kernel and recovery partition) CWMrecovery.tar yet. Odin has to enable update.zip on your sd card in order to flash it.

-> if "E:failed to verify whole-life signature
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted." messages showing, CWMRecovery didn't flash anything to your phone. Unroot your phone(if there hasn't anything done as far as rom or kernel installations; if not you need to remove them), factory reset, format your sd card, and start all over.

I don't know why, but I decided to start all over on my roommate's computer and I was able to properly flash CWM and I restored my system via a Nandroid backup from XDA. Thanks for trying to help though, really appreciate it.

I am trying to download Odin and CWM. When I click the link I get a 404 error on dropbox. I cannot right click and save target as, I get save link instead. I need these files, thanks.

If you are going to be flashing any new ROMs not just themes, the above CWM will not stay on your phone permanently so instead use this CWM:
Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

And you will need to download this update.zip file and put it at the base of your sd card:
