Need HELP... newbie HERE...

hi everyone.

kinda new when it comes to "ROOTING"
tried it today and i followed every step but i just cant seem to make my AT&T htc oneX be "S-OFF" on the bootloader...

need some help and if possible a step by step to resolve this issue... thank you so much:'( :-[

Aside from doing it manually have you looked to see if there is any automated/one click apps to help?

I'm all for manually doing things myself but there has been times I've turned to the occasional one click for help.
