I have a customer who just purchased a Droid X2 last week and has been having problems hooking up her mobile banking. When she went to the site as stated and set up the account as it told her to, she has not been able to receive the SMS text from the bank confirming her account. It's through Chetco Federal Credit Union, and it is the typical 5/6-digit text that should come through, just like BOA, Chase, etc. Is there a possible application blocking the message from going through or something I can do to fix it?
