yeah call customer service describe what the problem is and what you have done. perhaps they did not add the data plan

if that doesnt work, do a factory restore as a last ditch effort ,,and if that doesnt work , go back and tell them you want a Fascinate,,,lol j/k with that last one,,,,kinda....
