Need to clear cache of a Android Car Head Unit for a specific app or all apps

I have a ATOTO S8 car headunit and it often fails to connect to my Google Pixel 7 on the first try. If reboot the headunit then it always connects. I believe the issue could be cache and I was wondering if there is any app that I can install on the Android Car Head Unit that will automatically clear the cache of a specific app or entire app cache either on startup or shutdown?

Is it 32gb capacity and 4gb of ram?
How does it fail to connect with Bluetooth, Android auto?

32 gb capacity and 3gb RAM. To be specific it connects to Bluetooth but the interface gets stuck at "Waiting for Device" to connect screen. I have to double tap with 3 fingers multiple times to get it to connect. If I reboot the headunit it always connects

When that happens force close any apps in the background, might have too many things open at once , these units are not the greatest and probably running Android 9 or 10

go to settings system, tab storage other apps google play store, then press clear cash

Is there way using tasker or any 3rd party app to do this automatically everytime I start the car and connect to bluetooth?
