Need to keep force closing and restating apps. HELP!

I'm really frustrated but I need to keep force closing and restating apps to get new messages. Does anyone else have this issue, what am I doing wrong?

There must be some kind of app interaction going on.

that is not normal under any stretch of the imagination.

What messaging app are you using.

I just installed a new one to play with and I am finding it just may become my new default message app.

it will block incoming text messages from irritating folks. Blocks incoming calls from spammers too.

It's been all along whether I use Facebook or Tinder I don't see new messages unless I close the app every time.
