need to upload video

Incredible's manual says to login to youtube & then capture video.
Ooops I did not do that. Can I upload video already in my phone?
We can watch it but can't email or put on youtube- at least we can't find any instructions.
Please help.

When you hit the menu button on the video it doesn't give you a share option. Or the youtube app should allow you to upload a video also just by pressing menu, upload and you should be redirected to your gallery to choose the video
