This is not HD out. It's encoded better to give you a better picture. Not to give you HD out.

OK but the app says Netflix 720/1080p. Then what is the point of mhl. I thought mhl displays up to 1080p because the videos I shot with my Evo are in 3d 720p. So it does display hd
