Netflix Thumbnails Gone

Just had this issue myself for the last week, the wife finally annoyed me so I read everyone's different solutions and fixes but resetting the router didn't seem like a real fix to me so I went through all my settings and changed one item on my router, I enabled Jumbo Frames and bingo, started working. Router is Asus RT-N66U setting was under Advanced Settings > LAN > Switch Control. Obviously Jumbo Frames setting will not be in the same location on a different router, look over all your menus. Hopes this helps someone else.

Hey Guys,

In case this thread is still open, I have had this same problem for a while and found a fix, by accident actually... but for some reason, this is 100% a DNS issue. I don't know why or how, but it is. If you flush your DNS, perhaps every month or so, or whenever the images disappear, it will bring all the images back. For me, I just joined a different WiFi access point, then switched back to the original. If you don't have this option, then you can change your DNS manually through the configuration. Hit me back if you need a walkthrough...

I'd like to jump in here too. I solved this problem by changing a few settings on my Google TV. I changed the network IP settings from DHCP to Static. After filling in the appropriate values, my Netflix is working perfectly again.

Just to be contrary...... when this issue first showed up, our Revue was connected via wired ethernet. After several calls to Logitech WITHOUT SOLUTION, it just started working again and has not stopped. Months later, I changed it to WiFi and it still works perfectly.

We do reboot it periodically though. It will sometimes freeze and/or become almost unresponsive and a reboot solves it.
