Network errors in market

Lately I've been receiving network connection errors with market. Sometimes with other apps as well, but mostly with market. The errors happen with WiFi or with a cell data connection. Any suggestions?

No I hadn't thought that by not feel silly for not as I should no better from reading forums. Always clear cache!
