talked with a level 2 tech for 2 hours...told me to go to the vzw store and have them replace the sim card......great... 3rd sim card here i come

Don't. They told me the same thing about 30 min ago. Well my phone is back on 4G! I think as others have said, this is a network issue and hopefully will be resolved soon.

I'm in San Jose as well, but it's still funky. Are you still experiencing this problem?

I'm in Wichita, KS and i'm having the same issues where i'm only getting 1x.

I'm in central Kansas and noticed an issue here briefly very late last night but I was in the process of rooting and thought that might have been the issue. Has been fine this morning but I am in a 3g area only.

Do you have any idea when 4G is supposed to be turned on in Wichita? Its scheduled to be turned on this year but I was hoping sooner rather than later so that I could take a run down there and try it out.

Same here in Wl, this morning now back to a some what reliable 3G. Also had unexplained data usage under 1X for a short time.
