New, dazed and very confused!

Hi!
Obviously im new here and as you can see from my thread title, im hoping that someone...anyone can answer some questions i have about why my S20 basically has a mind of its own!
Sooo many random things are happening on my phone with apps /permissions/admin accounts...the list is endless! Unfortunately my patience and knowledge of phones isnt!! So fingers crossed il get some replys when i post in the help section.
