New Droid X user with questions (email)

Hello, new member and new Droid owner (switched from BB). Been having a time with this corporate email thing. Here are first questions:

1. Is it true that this phone will not send photographs via email using corporate sync? I cannot send a photograph via email using corporate sync (exchange server). I was told by Motorola that the phone would not do it. I can do it with Gmail and Hotmail. I've tried Touchdown, K9 (could not get that one loaded), Roadsync and none will let me send a photograph via exchange server. Anyone know of a cure?

2. How do I set different alerts (sounds) for different email accounts?

This usually is a network restriction not a device..

2. How do I set different alerts (sounds) for different email accounts?

gMail:
Open gMail > Left menu button > more > Settings > Scroll to notification area at bottom of list...... All these options works for gMail

Email:
Messaging >Left Menu Button > Message Settings > Email > Notifications........ All these control all email accounts.

Text Messages
Messaging >Left Menu Button > Message Settings > Text Messaging > Scroll to notification area of list........ All these control all SMS and MMS accounts

Alerts first: So, I can only have DIFFERENT sounds for gmail, correct...i.e, if I have a corporate email, 2 hotmail address and 1 gmail, all have to have the same sound except gmail, correct? If I want a different sound for each account is that possible?

Sending photographs: when you say "network restriction" what exactly is that? From my understanding (according to Motorola), the Droid X will not send a photograph via corporate email no matter how the exchange network is set up. I can send a photograph with my BB on the same corporate account.
