Well my first android was the HTC Eris a long time ago. Yes I know I should have got the Motorola Droid. Andriod was new and it was a major learning curve for everyone back then. Never heard of podcasts, youtube wasn't something you could use on the go. Data plans didn't exist yet, and verizon hated us on unlimited plans because we used to much data. Then the plans separated. It was strange back then.

Anyway, got an iPhone and had many, my last being the 11pro max. I got the s21 ultra for a house phone for the kids because it was a free offer through spectrum. I started using it a bunch and got hooked. I traded my 10 i still had for the note 20 ultra 5g, and traded the pro for the s22ultra in that cool red color. I still have the note as its a great phone. Got the s23ultra skipped the s24ultra. Got the s25 ultra, and then decided to try a fold 7 out. It's different and I have moments of loving it and wishing I stayed with a slab phone. Thankfully my new job pays me for a cell phone and I put my s25 ultra on a line for work. Now before you start says that's a lot of waste of money on phones. Samsung used to give awesome trade in value on their website plus memory upgrade and bonus money to buy accessories. I look at the s26 ultra and really wasn't impressed and I decided to ditch the fold 7 and buy a mint condition s24ultra. I know going backwards, but I dont see it that way. They haven't improved over the s24 or 25 so much that i would need to go to the newest and honestly. I really like the square corners, that really is why I went with the fold 7. Square corners, not rounded on one side and square on the other. That looks strange to me.

Anyways looking forward to learning more about Samsung and Google phones. My son has one and its nice to know about that.
