New G5 wont let me backup from my G4.

Im trying to upgrade from my old G4 to a new G5 I just got and tried to transfer my data from the G4 using LG Backup. The G5 which is new and empty aside from my google account login is saying there isnt enough storage space.

Any chance that you're trying to copy things from an SD card on the G4 to the G5? (That won't work - you have 32GB on the phone, and if you're trying to transfer more because of the card, you'll have to swap the card, not copy files.)

If it's not due to the card, about the only thing I can think of is a defective G5.

(If you've "moved" any apps to an SD card, you'll have to move them back to internal storage before LG Backup will transfer them.)
