New Gingerbread OTA leak

That's it :) make sure to have correct drivers.....it is a myth that sbf is hard.

Remember, name it "update" not "update.zip" as file type is always maintained by PC, so .zip is there already.

You used RSD Lite 4.9 to sbf, or to install the update?

you use SBF to flash the device back to stock, then in recovery is wehre you select to apply update.zip which should be sitting on the root of yourSD so it can easily access it and tear into it.

That's what I thought. The only download that I find for 4.9, is an rar file. I'm not sure what that is. I have 4.8. But, for some reason, it is not recognizing my phone again. I got it to some how last time I had to do this, but I'm not sure what I did.

RAR files are files compressed into a container to make the download smaller and easier. RSD Lite is a tricky ***** sometimes. I do notice once you have it working, and use it multiple times(AC knows we all have) it settles in better.

Are you in bootloader mode? Plug in usb. Power off. Hold Home, vol up and down together then tap power til the bootloader screen pops up. If you do have that then idk why it isnt reading.
