New gmail, how do i migrate my stuff??

I created a new gmail, (got sick of my old one filling up with cr*p).

I'm just wondering about migrating apps, contacts and stuff from my old email to my new one...

I've tried reading around and get mixed answers: Really hard, cannot be done, easy (without instructions).

Can anyone help?????

you could try takout https://www.google.com/settings/takeout

and import it to the new gmail id
