I can confirm this also in H818P (Dual sim version) running V10c with TIM brazilian carrier. It must be an international issue. Something must be done. Only con I found in this phone so far.

This is stupid that this has been going on for the last month... About 5% of group texts come in as having to manually download, and they never do.

Just noticed with the latest Verizon Update (Oct 9th) that the data arrows and LTE icon are dimmed out when connected to WiFi. Prior to the update the Icon was white regardless.
