New Lollipop Priority or Vibrate mode? Need help!

I understand about sleep mode with Moto Assist at night and the alarm will still work but is there anyway to have calls and text messages vibrate but all other sounds off in meetings during the day?

If yes, how do you achieve this or is there a specific App for changing profile settings with a widget to change notifications from normal full volume to just vibrate on calls and texts?
